Commenting is akin to slack or basecemp BUT less useful due to the fact that as the string of comments grows the important information like decisions, key data points, next steps, and blockers becomes lost like a long email thread. It's not enough to "Watch" the comments... if even 5 team members are collaborating...too many entries now becomes mess of data! it would be so simple to "MARK" key entries as "Decision" or "Blocker" and be able to "make those items "sticky" on the same horizontal menu as Comments (i.e. comments, Decisions/Blocks, History, Checklist, Reminders ) -- the problem now is that my team has to continue to use other means of tracking data like basecamp, slack, email, etc.... when it would be SOOOO much easier to have ONE portal (Stackby) to manage it all if we could simply mark key data for retention!
